MercuryNews: Scott McNealy has stood down as SUN CEO after 22 years, and their current COO Jon Schwartz will resume this role. Gee — that’s quite a change of era. I still remembers McNealy as the main arch rival of Gates in the 90′s. Quite a business man himself (remember dot in dot com?), but I think he has led SUN into the mess it is in today. Update: SUNW share soars after McNealy quits. Sounds like shareholders know better.
