The one in which they go drink coffee, on the other side, is too optimistic. And takes the mystery out of the movie. The one in which he follows her is a good ending too, because this keeps the mystery. Does he talk to her? Or is he just following her and leave it with that? But it's also a bit unneccesary. So let's just go with the 'Seperate ways'-ending. I like the ending in which they meet and go seperate ways the best, the womb version is just too depressive, I think.
