Went to 3 extremely boring auction in Coogee last night. Came out much much poorer. Just bought a semi-detached shelter, built on a sandy piece of land in Kingsford, right next to the busy Gardeners Road. The bus stop outside the door is not part of the deal. The property is surprisingly under our budget, but I think the seller’s agent was not too happy as he thought it is too cheap. Anyway, at least it is settled.
We sincerely thank God for what he has provided.

Thanks for all the congratulations. The settlement will be 6 weeks, i.e. the current owner has to move out and settle the place, and I have to somehow find the $$$. So we are hoping to move before Christmas. The land is actually quite big. Well, in the Eastern suburb standard anyway.
