Little Disturbance in the MBF Forum Today

GG started a thread on the MBF forum to encourage people to talk about MYC after thoughts.

Homer and SQ started talking about this SEF game we were playing.

Mashi jumped in and yelled “For God’s sake, what the f*** is SEF?”

CT and LS from Pelita responded Mashi’s post harshly, and LS mentioned it was violating the 3rd commandment in Exodus 20:7.

I came in and deleted Mashi’s post reasoning “3rd commandment”.

And now Mashi is really not happy and threatening that she will rethink about Christianity.

And I will continue to trust in the sovereign God that through his Spirit, he will sanctify those who have been called and justified.

yes. i didn’t saw the previous “deleted” comment.
    who is Mashi.?
perhaps , we could of dealt with it less harshly, just remove the post and lose the “lecture” like rebuke and patiently explaining why it is not right.

perhaps we could dealt with it less harshly, by remove the post and explain patiently the reason for the removal of that post

    Simon,

There is explanation – in the FOCUS forum, posts will not be removed without a reason. And if you go back to that page, there is an entry masked out with a text “3rd commandment” – that’s Mashi’s post got deleted.

I am not fuzzy about the harshness of some of the replies from CT and LS from Pelita. I am more disturbed by Mashi’s last reply – how she reasons her own fault, and use “considering Christianity” as the bargain piece. Is that us who cares about her consideration of Christianity? Or is it a decision between her and God?

We shall all pray for this.

    hmm..ok.
i guess the way Mashi replying to the correction does have the sense of putting God to the test.
i still don’t know who is Mashi.?
